I work with my sister Pam Packard. We are known for our creativity in marketing and our tenacity in complicated real estate transactions. We understand the problems as well as the satisfaction related to property ownership and transfer as both a buyer and a seller.

Both of our backgrounds are based on customer service. Keeping our customers informed throughout the marketing, sale and closing of their property is number one priority to us.

We are knowledgeable of Island County and understand today’s financing; we know how to bring buyers and sellers together, getting results in all your real estate transactions. We are committed to actively increasing our knowledge and skills in all areas of real estate sales and marketing. The responsibility of being a good agent is clear. Customer Service and Education is a top priority to us. We are Realtors (it’s more than just being an agent); we have been trained by the Luxury Home Institute, and currently hold several designations. They are: ABR - Accredited Buyers Representative, ASP - Accredited Staging Professional, ASR - Accredited Seller’s Representative. In addition to these, Connie holds CSR – Certified Sellers Representative, SRES - Senior Real Estate Specialist, CDPE- Certified Distressed Property Expert, and is a Professional Home Stager. Pam has a BS degree in Mass Communication (Marketing & Advertising).
