The Goal

When I was five years old, my mother and father staged a Christmas Eve where noise was heard on the roof, and as lights were quickly dashed, Santa could be heard jerking his sleigh reins and barking commands to his reindeer. Finally, Santa came through the door with bags of presents and candies that he placed around the tree. Someone snapped a picture of that wide eyed little boy, totally awed watching Santa make Christmas. My goal is to see that "totally in awe" look when you see your home for the first time. Anything less is just not quite good enough.

The Plan

You and I have done the background work and found the house that holds your personal magic. Now is the time for you to be thrilled, to measure and re-measure the space to see where special furniture belongs, and to let your imagination soar with happy thoughts of home. While you do that, I will be busy making sure the unseen pieces of the process happen on time, and go off without a hitch. These pieces include: opening escrow and title, making sure you can get insurance for the property, the inspection process, keeping in constant communication with your lender, and making sure the appraisal is done. All this will be done with seamless ease, as I give you reminders of dates and times that events will occur, and we check them off as they are completed.

The Conclusion

Finally, the culmination of the dream: You move in and find you love your home even more now than the day you first saw it. Now it is home. Windermere has done more than merely complete a transaction, we have cemented a relationship that will be revisited joyfully over time.
