Why an Island?

My parents and relatives are from the Azores Islands in the Mid-Atlantic Ocean. I have always been drawn to Island living since I was very young. Once you have lived on an Island and see the ever changing views you are never the same. My job is to match your dream with reality to find a place on Whidbey Island for your home. I have lived here and sold Real Estate for over 30 years. My clients can and do depend on my extensive knowledge of the area and local market for making well-informed decisions.

Service Objectives

My job is to help make the process of buying or selling a home or land, go smoothly and easily for you. Listening to your requests and giving professional knowledge especially supervising every detail of your closing until you move in. I have a large referral business and past customer base.

Accomplishments

Washington State Real Estate licensee since 1971. Associate Brokers license in 1978 (AB). Graduate of the Real Estate Institute 1987(GRI), Whidbey Island South Assoc. of Realtors, past officer 1993 & 1994. 2001 Windermere Freeland, American Cancer Relay for Life Team Captain. Continuing education on a yearly basis to keep up with ever-changing laws in Real Estate concerning legal, environmental, and property usage issues.

My community

South Whidbey is a beautiful place to live, and with that comes a sense of giving back to the community. I am proud to be part of Windermere where we have an annual Community Service Day. I was happy to be the 2001 Windermere Team captain for the American Cancer Relay for Life. I urge you to come and join us, living and creating your own memories here on Whidbey Island.
