Experience, Knowledge, Professionalism

Licensed since 1989 and an Associate Broker since 1998, I have earned several professional designations along the way including Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Respresentative (ABR), and the highly distinguished Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a designation earned by fewer than 5% of Realtors nationwide. I have the knowledge, experience and ability to meet your real estate needs. In my former life I was a registered nurse with a certification in geriatrics and continue to keep my license active. Experience, education and caring count when you are making important decisions.

Whidbey Island Specialist

Having lived in Coupeville since 1971, I know Whidbey Island and can assist you with any of your real estate needs. Getting to know new people and renewing friendships through real estate is one of the reasons I have one of the best jobs in the world. I try to live up to the saying "There is very little traffic in the extra mile" by going the extra mile to help my clients reach their real estate goals.

Windermere Advantage

Because of my association with Windermere, I can offer you many benefits not offered elsewhere. Our Bridge Loan Program and Premier Properties are two examples. The Windermere Foundation, a non profit organization designed to assist the homeless, is funded by contributions from each sale. I have been our office`s coordinator of this program since 1994.

Giving Back to My Community

When I am not listing and selling real estate, I volunteer in our local school system, my church and many different ways in the community in general. Living in a small community like Coupeville, there are always needs to be met by volunteers. I take pride in my active membership in Soroptimist International of Coupeville and all the community service provided.
