Meet My Assistant, Dawn Brooks

In 2003, Dawn moved from Southern California to Whidbey Island with her husband and two children. Since her arrival in the Pacific Northwest, she has worked with Craig as his licensed assistant at the Windermere office in Oak Harbor. Prior to obtaining her Real Estate license, Dawn worked for Marriott Hotels and Marriott Vacation Club, Int., as an Executive Assistant for over 13 years. She enjoys spending her spare time with family and friends, which includes boating, entertaining, and traveling. Dawn is passionate for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring our clients' needs are met. Education

I am a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and a Certified Residential Specialtist (CRS), a designation less than 4% of agents nationally have achieved. I am also a Certified Relocation Specialist which adds a greater skill of care for any of my clients that are transferring in or out to Whidbey Island. My additional professional designations include: Internet Marketing Specialist (IMS), providing me with the knowledge to better understand the intricacies of marketing homes online. Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), trained to effectively stage any home to optimize its appeal to prospective buyers, thus helping to sell a home for more money in a shorter period of time. I am currently a member of Who`s Who for Residential Real Estate and am constantly attending continuing education courses in real estate and related fields. This allows me to provide the best service for my clients by keeping educated and up-to-date with all aspects of the real estate field.
