Welcome to my website and Whidbey Island

I have been calling Whidbey Island home for the past 28 years. Born and raised in sunny Southern California we came to Whidbey Island (Oak Harbor) in search of a better quality of life for raising our family. What we found was a perfect climate, not too hot not too cold, beautiful big trees and lots of ocean near by to go Salmon fishing and crabbing. The North West is all about the outdoors and Whidbey has lots of it. After spending 30 years as a customer service manager manager I choose to start a career in Real Estate and a Realtor I became....

Real Estate and Salmon Fishing are my Passions

The safety and security of a small town lended to the idea of not wanting to drive off the island for employment, instead find a profession that would allow me the freedom to work on the Island and go salmon fishing when the season and the tides were right and still be able to take care of business, behold Real Estate! I'am thankful for the cell phone reception on the island, I feel like I'm never out of contact. Small town Real Estate is all about the people you meet and the friends you make. I call them my client's for life.

Exceptional Customer Service

I was raised on customer service in the retail automotive business, over the years I was awarded top honors in my field for CSI rankings (customer satisfaction index) by J.D.Powers & Associates. I have had extensive training in dispute & conflict resolution management. I coined the phrase Exceeding Customer Expectations in the late 80's and to this day it is the hallmark of my Real Estate Business. Under promise and over deliver is my golden rule.

I'm a Realtor and ABR

I have completed special training and earned the accredited buyers representative (ABR) distinction. I also choose to become a Realtor because the Realtor code of ethics paralled my own personal and business ethics. This business is not about me it is about you the Buyer or Seller, it is about exceeding your expectations in finding your dream home or the right builder for your new home.
